Fuzzy Adaptive Energy Management Strategy for a Hybrid Agricultural Tractor Equipped with HMCVT

In order to solve the problem of high fuel consumption and poor emission performance in horsepower tractors, a parallel hybrid tractor system was designed using dual power source an engine motor matched with hydro-mechanical continuously variable transmission (HMCVT). An equivalent minimization strategy (ECMS) used for distribution this system. To address adaptability equivalence factor different working cycles conventional ECMS, fuzzy adaptive (FA-ECMS) proposed. A PI controller based on battery SOC (State Charge) feedback adjust real time, so as achieve control factor. The physical model built by SimulationX, Matlab/Simulink. Two typical plowing road transportation were simulated. Under agricultural 14.3 L 1.19 one cycle transport cycle, respectively, final values 60.75% 60.32%, respectively. FA-ECMS, farm consumed 13.34 1.13 60.27% 60.17%, results showed that, introduction dynamically factor, overall reduced 6.71% 5.04%, maintenance improved. could more reasonable between while maintaining balance SOC.
